Hi Derek,

So sorry to hear your sad news, I am sure you are all really upset at the moment. Cancer is such a dreadful disease, I hope he doesn't suffer x

Del.

fella i am truly sorry to read about the sad news you received, cancer is a merciless disease to which I hope the suffering is minimum.

Take heart that through abstinence you are in a better place to give support and for that be proud.

life is cruel at times, you my friend have through your efforts stopped making your own destruction that gambling caused.

as we both know for us the answer to any question won't be found in a bet.

Duncs stepping forward never back.

All in all a good day, enjoyed the chat room tonight some serious talk and usual carry on. Met truebrit tonight and wish him all the best on his journey.

Hi Del

It was good to catch up on chat. Sorry, I've not been around diaries much this week and had missed news about wife's family- sorry to hear.

What makes me happier is reading that you're a fortnight gamble free- well done!

Take care

Irene

Day 14

Mega busy day at work today which was good, my day flew by . Looking forward to a game of golf in the morning with my brother.

On day 11 I said I was going to put my gambling story in my diary today but I have decided not to , why should I visit these terrible times time and time again I know what I can lose here . Press forward to better times ahead . I may be right I by not putting it in or I may be wrong but sometimes you must follow your gut feeling.

Nothing much else to report except 2 weeks have flown in .

Did not gamble today 🙂

Hi Del

It's good to see that you are doing well and more importantly are very positive. Have you had a chance to read any of Incognito yet and if yes, what are your thoughts? Have a good weekend

Ken

Day 26.

My last post was 6 days ago not for any other reason than I have been swamped with work, applying for new jobs and getting organised for my holiday next week. Still positive and enjoying life once again.

Happy days 😉

Happy days indeed. Keep it up. I think I have just done 90 days, which is a big deal in GA. I'm not sure why, I must ask someone. 100 days I can understand, but 90 hmm-mm, I don't get it.

All the best

Ken

hello diary.... its been a while!

46 days have now passed and feeling great, just back from a fantastic 2 weeks away in the sun. Gambling seems somewhat a distant memory and happy for it to move further and further away. Back to work this morning, no stress allowed though cause im still in holiday mode.

Tempted to book my next holiday...... do I or don't I ?!?!?!?!?!?
