well im pleased to announce I have been 2 months free from gambling, feeling on top of the world and would like to thank everyone involved in my journey so far.

At the beginning of my journey I used this forum so much which gave me hope and reinforced the fact it can be done, as time has went on I haven't been so active but purely because gambling thoughts have not been there as often so I felt it prudent to not come on so often.

I thank all users for there support, kind words and sharing their journey with all of us.

IF WE DONT GIVE UP WE CANNOT FAIL !!!

109 days gamble free, feeling very positive.

Bad news about a friend of mine today after being 18 months GF he has slipped, I kinda looked up to him as his support has been a great help to me. The hard thing for me is I am not supposed to know he has slipped so can't return the strength he gave me when I needed it and clearly I know he needs it right now. I hope he finds the way back on track and guess I will have to be patient and be here when he needs me....

hard to believe it has been 41days since i last made in entry in my diary. the time sure flies, always make my friday check ins though.

I am sitting here with a beer reflecting on the past 150 days and to anyone who says its easy then its not, life is full of testing times for us CG but its how we choose to deal with these situations that count. DONT GIVE IN to gambling is it worth it? simple answer NO!! face your problems head on and be strong enough to share your fears which has been something I have struggled with.

From this day on I will talk to the ones closest to me more.

150 days free and continuing to grow in strength.

Hi diary, I come to you less and less mostly because I feel strength these days, my wife is now replacing you she is my rock. I feel I must take the next step and I think this may be to attend a ga meeting, I want to share my experiences on a more personal level. I must stress I am not becoming complacent as my guard is always up but if I can help someone with what I have learned so far then there is no greater reward in recovery.

Del 168 days GF 🙂
