This is great lads - all the motivation needed their KP82... "not a brainwashed shell of a man". I've hide in the bathroom on many occasions after a huge binge on my phone. Disgusts me to think of the opportunities i've spurned for my family. Sam Cookie sang it and although the contect was wildly different "a change is gunna come"... "it's been too hard living, but I'm afraid to die, coz i don't know what's up there beyond the sky, it's been a long... long time coming.... but i know a change gunna come"

Welcome to the club change..Congratulations mixer and KP on the end of another gambling free day and the start of a new one. You can do it KP ! Difficult day for us both, but we got through. Together we put our families first and set our sights on calm and a life without addiction. I read my first post over and over today and traveled back in my mind to how desperate I felt ... Never going there again. We will take it in turns to hold the ladder for each other on days where we would have plunged to the depths of despair.. Happy Thursday to all

My goodness what a great Christmas we are going to have, with cash in our pockets, the ability to treat lived ones and to be able to be rightly proud of ourselves for the actions we are taking!
