Thanks for your post mixer!
I will continue to stay 1 day behind you, here's to a healthier, happier 2017!
Hello Mixer
Since I have been on the forum I cannot recall seeing anyone have quite such a big impact in such a small amount of time.
22 days you haven't gambled (well done) and I make it 22 other members on the 100 Day Challenge. Not wishing to show-off here, but I've worked it out - that's an average of one new person to your challenge for every day that you haven't gambled.
Big well done for the effort you have put into the forum.
Long may it continue.
Best wishes
Glint

Hi Glint, thank you very much for your kind and thoughtful comments. They are very much appreciated!
And there is indeed an interesting symmetry surrounding both my 22 days GF and 22 members of the group!
I would really like to see 100 members join by the time I reach 100 days and really hope make a difference to as many people as possible using the economy of scale that this forum provides.
I wish you continued success as you, day in day out, keep in the only world worth living in - a GF one. All the very best!
We posted at the same time 🙂
Great minds and all that....Lol x
Indeed so Mira 😉

Mari you plonker! Xx
Whoops my bad Mari!!! 🙂
I had my first look at my balance statement this month, today. I was very pleasantly surprised! I had to dip into my savings (such as they are) to top up my balance, because I lost so much last month, (I started Dec overdrawn and Jan was heading to a worse overdraft). However, I'm in a really good place and be able to put my savings back on Jan 1st! I'll still have a tight January, Christmas an' all, but intend to finish the month on £0 or better.
So, I'm personally pleased thanks to my ongoing counselling, support from my loved ones and, above all, support on the Gamcare forums, everyone on here including our smashing WCAWW & 100 day challenge group. Plus my bank card is in the safe custody of my missus. A bit of everything to help me stick to the right path! So there's a big heartfelt thank you from me to everyone on this forum, As I continue, we ALL continue, one day at a time...!
And I never forget it is always one day at a time. Euphoria must always be tempered with reality. That said, we must enjoy our successes!
WCAWW!
Mid-month report; looking to end January in credit and therefore able to replace some of my savings I had to dip into in December to cover some of November's shocking losses (£1500). Plan to put £200 back out of the £750 I took out, and replace the rest over Feb, Mar and April. Being GF frees up so much more cash !!! And won't be overdrawn this month.
Morning and thank you for the post on my diary. Your doing so well and your positive vibes are helping so many people, keep it up. X
Can't believe I missed your 50 ...... Woo hoo! Go You!
You are so busy helping everyone else Mix... never forget to take care of you first!
