Haha..no my friend, you can hav more than 10hrs (days off lol..just a reminder)..cause i do have my 16hrs sleep few times a year...HD but girls gotta do what they gotta do and beauty sleep comes first 🙂

I've just been reading up on your diary, have you managed to find somewhere good to train?I had a month's blast in the gym last year for a particular event, and I promised myself I would be back in the gym after the Superbowl at the start of February. Another paving stone for the road to hell I guess... :-P

Having time to kill would often have been my downfall too. Even though I knew how it would end up, I used to look forward to a weekend with a few bets on the football, but it always wound its way back to pumping digital money into a digital representation of a misery machine.

Well done on continuing to beat this addiction. Its not about being tempted, as you proved the other week, its all about stamping out those temptations when they come along.

I'm here im here!! lol..and that's what i call dedication for sleep (7hrs trying to switch off and another 12 hrs actually succeeding 😉 )...so i guess 19 hrs is not as bad after all 😉

You have probably not been connected yet but just wanted to say (from own experience) that swapping emails can take some time. Not sure if someone up there not doing their job right but sometimes it takes 3 days for email to come through and sometimes 3 weeks.

I know what you mean about those chews, my doggie is very naughty, she nicks them out the bag before I blink. Doing circles like a luny.

Get you gardening, bet you are on the look out for 88 as he will be birdwatching and might be in your area Ohhh happy days, me I am in the warm, about 22 degrees in here, keeping a look out for binoculars though.

Have FUN weeding, it's much better FUN than loosing money.

Thank you for pointing out my mistake in earlier post...slap my wrists, just asked my friend what's the difference between them two and yep...me obviously no Eenglish as you just noticed.

I did just come bk after the run and took 1hr instead of pathetic 10min lol..which is good stuff..just hands and face needs to be put on defrost lol..so no beach today I'm afraid, will build few sand castles in the muddy garden lol and will take my phone out to share it with all of you 😉

Ummm..one question: would i be the one with empty envelope? :))))))) cause really i would expect a ticket to Bahamas, a Lamborghini, and a mansion with full wild life (similar to Ades parrots or how they're called lol)...not much to ask for this angel face 😀

Anyway, fight is still on and feel better now. Riding these storms is a hell of a battle..but possible...anyway, cannot type any more lol..fingers are like ice cubes....aghr!!!!! Lol

I've just surfaced from the bathroom to see I've had casualty on hold for 97 minutes :-0

I've removed the trunking for an electrical wire (in a bathroom?), loo roll holder, the towel rails, bits of paint (the rest is stuck fast) around the door frame, radiator & pipework, tied bits of old tshirt round the leaks that appeared when the paint flaked off, replaced the fittings on the loo (still wobbles) & wiped down the toilet (that is so old the end of a rusted nail fell out from somewhere & it too now wobbles) & half a wall! No steam left to finish any of the jobs I've started (just call me Arfa) or clean up the mess I've made that isn't on the dog 🙁

Just debating whether or not to check my lottery numbers, oh, I don't need to...I won £2 by not giving in to the urges, HD 🙂

June! What's happening with our gang? I've only been gone a while 🙁 You need to poke Forum Admin in the eye because I gave them my email address for you on 19th and have sent 2 follow up emails to remind them to send it on but I'm guessing you don't have it.

Anyways, I've spent the day catching up on posts so first and foremost, way to go June! Over 200 days - so, so proud of you!

I've missed you more than I should for someone who I have never met June :o( This site does my head in but it is sooo good too. I can't bear to hear about all the fallen soldiers, some I want to give a great big hug to, but others I want to shake the living daylights out of. I will try to explain via email (if admin pull their finger out and actually send us each others e-address) why I have deserted. I can't explain why June, but I haven't read any of the entries made on my diary, I know that some of them will be from you so I'm sorry for not replying. I suppose if I didn't officially know that they are there, then I don't feel that I have to respond. God, I am so cranky.

Oh, I haven't gambled either - hoorah! It has actually been relatively easy. I get paid on Wednesday and still have money in the bank and in my purse. I haven't felt the need to 'play for fun' or anyfink! Not complacent though, above all else this site highlights that we are never cured, just choosing not to ride with the devil today (the bloody b*****d). I just thought I would drop that last part in to see if I am edited ;o)

Thanks so much for your message. Just too much going on at the moment and overwhelming when I stop to think, which just happens to be when I am trying to go to sleep. In the past would have sheltered in the nearest all night casino so facing the pain head on at the moment as nothing I can do to change things, just be there for them wearing my mask of normality.
