Hey Boro,

Just checked in after being away for god knows how long. Am ok not wasting my redundancy (still got it)

Problem being have sunk into a bit of a black hole.

Have been offered a Job with the NHS and cant even work out how to accept it all. Lots of forms on line (don't even have a printer) Doing my head in!

Drinking and smoking too much but hey ho!

My mum has become very hard to deal with and I think this is not helping.

I need help but don't know where to go!

Main thing is I am safe from gambling cos if I could I would!

Hope u ok Boro? X

Hi sue

good to hear from you!

Even better that you are gamble free!

Thanks for posting on my thread, yes a great big scare, but now i am the big 40 it was much easier to deal with lol!

regards your own quandary

first breath!

Then either go to the library they are a great help, the ladies there taught me all I know about computers and I could write that on a stamp lol

if not phone the nhs, personal department, they will surely help.

there will be help you just have to find it and take it.

Now keep that redundancy safe

and a huge well done for being honest.

Now pull up a seat in our bar

that shiny one still pop's by from time to time.

Oh and that blonde one too.

abstain and maintain

duncs stepping forward never back.

Wow, this site has really changed.

People usually come back when they have relapsed, so thought a good news post would be good.

Have not been gambling, got a new job working in mental health and loving it. Only hard thing at the present is mum has been confirmed as having dementia. All good with my family, great spending time with them.

For anyone that thinks they cant beat it you can...Just read my diary.

Great to see Duncs still posting....you are a legend my friend...Cheers!!!

Hey Diary,

It's been one hell of a long time.

I thought I had beaten the demons but it turns out I hadn't. No-where else to turn cos folks just don't understand unless they have been through it.

Decided the one way that I dealt will this in the past was my diary and the support all you lovely people give..so here I am and will be starting my diary again.

Watch this space.

Womble...humiliated..but ready to fight!

God Bless xxx
