Just wanted to share an update in the week of my no gambling. Well it's actually been 9 days. Life has never felt so stress free. The lying and deceit seems to be slowly easing. I won't lie and say I haven't had an urge to stray, but I have found a happier way of spending my time and money ( on the things that matter in life) I can actually look people in the eye for the first time in ages. 9 days does not sound much but is an eternity to me.
Onwards and upwards now
