Day 43
Gambled today but won't gamble tomorrow or the day after, even when I've been paid next month. Literally skint but it's my own fault. Tomorrow is a new day and a new week so I'm starting the diary back up to hopefully get my days up and stick with it. Help/suggestions welcome please. Giving my bank cards/pay packet straight to GF so I have no access to cash.
Thank you Dean for your kind words to me they mean a lot. I have plans in place now to pay of my debt and get myself back on track. I need to keep myself busy from now on to keep my mind from gambling.
