Wilsy, glad you're going great guns. Great to hear. I've been on holiday that's why I haven't posted. Keep up the excellent work and take each day as it comes.

Thanks Spoof mate, I had a big relapse but back on it now, think today is 12 days bet free will have to go back and have a look at my last pages to remind me.

Today went to the dentist and was there for over two hours, have been referred to a hospital which sedates people and does those jobs dentists can't. It is a long story but had a problematic tooth with a big filling in and it needs repairing, probably leaking which is why I keep getting flair-ups.

Today apart from feeling tired, I feel good. No gambling urges what so ever.

Thanks for your words of support, and well done on your continuing progress, although I, like others, find your choice of tv programmes a little qustionable ;O)

HA-HA good one Jon, I think everyone is jealous that I work from home but trust me at 9.20am in the morning, there isn't much to choose from, so a Jeremy Kyle slagging match, is better than what else is on the other channels, even if the people he gets on there are complete t***s!

Cheers anyway mate for posting, speak soon

Hi mate,

Thanks for the encouraging words on my diary, great idea about you and me staying bet free as we're on the same number of days.

Glad to hear your not having urges either.

All the best, let's beat this for life.

DAY 13 today bet free, can be an unlucky number for some but not for me, today I won't bet and I'm staying in the house.

Two weeks tomorrow and my second councelling session, so plenty to be happy about.

Me again,

Robeson Green had a bit of a crush on him, can not believe that I actually sat through the programme just to stare at him. But then as you have probably sussed this fairy is 10 P short of a pound at times.

About tomorrow, take the session as it goes. Talk don't talk , sort of go with the flow. I am sure she got a lot of stuff from you last week , and started to work out what makes you tick. I am sure she will follow on from that. How very presumptuous of me thinking she is a women. Listening is a big part of what they do.

Anyway enjoy your curry, I like thrillers, like spooks, or wire in the blood (there I go Robeson green again lol)

is your series like that or is it horror or si fi which I am not very keen on. Watching damages series 3 at the moment,

Going now back to my programme and my chocy

Have a good day tomorrow.

Dusty xx

Hi Paul, I know mate, 14 days today at Midnight we'll call it two weeks, come on!!!!

Nothing much to report today, on deadline on my magazine, sales slowly coming in, just stopped for a break before my head explodes, eating ham sandwiches and walkers all-star crisps. One thing I would like to say about Walkers, nice crisps but they are stingy buggers! 🙂

Councelling tonight, so looking forward to that at 7pm but today I will stay bet free.

Over and out

Wilsy,

Nice one with the two weeks gamble free. Keep going as you are. As the days go by you will notice benefits that you haven't even thought of yet.

Tomso.

Thanks Tomso and Flagg, I will check out your diaries later, just got to get on with some work now but yes the counselling was very interesting yesterday, made me think what is best now for me, how can I re-awaken the happy, outgoing Andrew which is inside somewhere.

DAY 15 Today, let's be having you!!

Have a good day and Bank Holiday everyone,I will be checking in.
