I’m coming on for the first time to try eradicate gambling from my life completely. I’ve been a compulsive gambler for the past 8 years, constantly obsessed with the next gambling fix until money runs out. Begging and borrowing to try gamble my way out of the situation untill pay day comes at the end of the month & repeat. I’ve lost a lot of emotion and finding myself mental health getting worse. I quit before for 6 months & worst decision I ever made was coming back and I’m yet to be able to get anywhere near a week for the past year.
I’m trying differently this time by coming on here to try document my recovery in hope I have some accountability as doing it alone isn’t easy the mind can change in the blink of an eye. So here it goes. Day 1 ….
