I currently have zero interest in gambling. I'm aware that's probably got a lot to do with there being not much sport on at the moment, but it's still a positive nevertheless. Even when there's no sport, I'd be tempted to have a play on online casino.
But there is no urge to do that whatsoever.
Instead I'm enjoying life. Going out last night to the cinema. Going out the night before for a Nando's with friends.
I'm losing weight through a new fitness/diet programme that I've set myself on. I'm saving money.

Well done Moorey. No football being on has definitely helped me in the last month, so will need to be careful when the season begins again. Keeping busy with more positive aspects of life will definitely help with that. Just keep focusing on one day at a time, & the days will keep mounting up.
