Didnt last long! Went online Tuesday, wasnt going to come on here and confess but I have. 3 days free. So what have i done to stop that happening again. Scratched the 3 numbers of the back of my credit cards so I cannot gamble online. I feel that I am back to where I was in 2011, I do have counselling this Wednesday so that should help. I am actually struggling to work out why I want to gamble. Not a clue.

Going back to last post, it's good that you told step bro, but possibly what's keeping you in this vicious circle is not being honest with all of your nearest and dearest. Decent a trap of addiction
Good on you for seeking councelling, a good start! Like myself, you've been floating around here for a while. Sorry to say, but things won't change unless you change. Relapses are akin to the definition of insanity, doing the same thing over and over again, yet expecting different results.. Need to stop cycling, back to basics..
