day 27 gamble free. Been busy with work lately so been able to control the urges. Staying strong and not falling into the trap of thinking I can control my gambling. I am a compulsive gambler and therefore should never gamble again. I don’t know when to stop so should never start in the first place. Taking each day as I comes to a better future.
