Day 10 felt a few urges yesterday, didn't gamble though must stay strong , never forget how bad you felt when you lost and remember the triangle rule 🙂

Day 14 - 2 weeks getting paid on Monday so need to stay strong, it is very tricky when lots of people are talking about betting but that is up to them I just need to ensure that I do not gamble, I cannot win because I cannot stop - never forget !
Day 17 , just been paid, must remember to use triangle, and blockers but most of all how sad losing all that money makes you feel, enjoy my lovely family and take it day by day, must never think I've completely got rid of this because that's when it comes back and I lose, enjoy the day ! 🙂

Day 21 - 3 weeks, I know its one day at a time and its early days but it seems to be going well, just remember all the nice things you can spend your money on and how much was wasted.
Day 24 1 day at a time but will be great to start with getting paid and not wasting a single penny on gambling, triangle triangle triangle
