Day 31 - very different watching all the sport these days without having a bet on it, still very difficult but it does get slightly easier each day I don't gamble, must remember to never gamble - no good can ever come from it

Day 38 - think I am getting paid on Friday so will be the first time in a long time I have gone through a month without gambling, it will be nice not to think about wasting money and to think of all the good things I can do with the money, must remember all the great things in my life and how depressed and angry I feel when I gamble, one day at a time but getting to day 38 and not a single penny wasted feels great, have a great week everybody

Day 41 and going out tonight with work, this means I have money with me so have to be strong and not gamble, also when I drink I sometimes let my guard down the next day, make sure this does not happen and stay strong, do it for your family 🙂

Thanks Suzanne ! Cant believe its been 6 weeks. Day 45 today, was very proud of myself since my last post, I didn't gamble when I was hungover and on Saturday actually took some money and paid it into my bank account, usually temptation would of been too much, 1 day at a time but if does get easier with each day, do not go back ever

Thanks Suzanne day 52 and it feels super great! the urges come and go I do love my sport and use to gamble on it a lot, try to adjust to just enjoying it without the urge to gamble, when it gets like this need to keep the barriers up, make sure I have no access to money in case I get tempted
