Day 111 , getting those urges, understand that they will always be there and remember the triangle system, do not through it all away, there is no quick fix, never ever waste another penny because it will just lead to ruin, I cannot win because I cannot stop
Day 131 still gamble free so proud of myself, never go back there is no quick fix - never ever gamble again
Cant believe i have been so stupid after 524 days ! Won 60 pound on fobt, then won 35 pound next day, went straight to the next bookies and lost 80, all that hard work, i will not let it slide though, today is day 1 and i must stay strong, remember the triangle rule and start again one day at a time! I cannot win because i can not stop, i have to much to lose if i dont
Jeez John, sending you strong and positive thoughts straightaway.
You have blipped/dabbled, your journey continues my friend, you may be back on day one with your day count, but you certainly are not with your recovery, put this right behind now, well, done for realising Mtr G lies through his teeth, x
You may have taken one step back, but you have taken an amazing 524 steps forward:))
Don't let this get to you, carry on just like you have done since the start of your recovery.
Take care

Day 2, thanks suzanne for your kind words, i agree with you that it is a blip and needs to focus on the steps forward, i need to be extra careful as the urges are there, stay out of the bookies at all costs, stay positive, Thanks again suzanne xx
