Keep up the good work, and well done for dealing with your debts positively. I found it easy to get mired in them, but the satisfaction of closing down a card, or reducing an overdraft was always a good feeling.

Well here is day 1 of attempt number 5. The most I have not gambled in 7 years is 32 days, last attempt 10 days. I hate it and want to stop. Sometimes I pick up my phone and before I know it i have a bet on.. Here goes
