Hi Loxxie , and no that's not weird at all , I know exactly what you mean about enjoying recovery . I think that we spent so many years being deceitful , lying covering up our tracks in fact anything we could to keep gambling that we forgot what real life's like ! For me as silly as it sounds it's like being reborn again and I'm just grabbing the chance to see life and all the great things it can offer to me . My only regret is not doing it sooner and wasting such a chunk of life ! But hey , we're here now where we want to be and through our choice for s change ! Take everything that life gives you Loxxie and enjoy it ! X

Sorry Julie...hope you didn't have nightmares..lol....well I'm feeling ok this morning....been an emotional few days with new grandson....but all safe and at home now....it was great to be part of the birth...and to spend time with my other daughter and the other 2 grandchildren....and the main thing about those couple of days was that I was totally '' with them ""....in mind and body...no slots calling me or making me cut short my time with them to run to the laptop and play.. not even a thought about them....amazing....because I'm sure 30 days ago it would have been a different story.....so all good at the moment....but guards in place....because as we all know...we are only one spin from disaster....hope all's well with my cyber friends....and for any newbies in the first few days on here.....please please stick with it....time ....and guards in place ...and you will soon feel much better .....blimey...another ramble from me ....but ramble is safer than gamble ! xxx
