Enjoyed coffee with 2nd daughter.....now awaiting news from 1st daughter ....still in early labour....so im feeeling very restless. ...don't panic....I don't mean in a gambling way....just a worried mum way !. ....think it may be a long night....and proud to say I've done one month today gamble free...hope my grandson arrived before midnight...be an important date for ever then xxx

Hi Loxxie, hope things are well and your wee grandson has decided to say hello! I must say, Loxxie, you are an absolute sweetheart the way you are posting on others diaries, offering them advice and support, it really is invaluable, especially to new members - you are a very special lady indeed. Of course there are others on the forum who have been here longer that you and I and have worthwhile advice to offer too, but this does not make your input any less valid.
I hope you found the counselling session helpful, I have certainly gained from it. It's a great opportunity to discuss anything and everything to a stranger, knowing that it is totally confidential, and we can really open up and be truthful to ourselves. Sometimes it is uncomfortable but hope you find it helps get your head round things.

Oh..Annie...thank for your kind words....I just say what I feel love....yes...my new grandson arrived....finally...all good and I was there....wow...wonderfull ...I've been at 100's of births...but boy...that was emotional......mum and baby doing well...dad chuffed to punch....so ...today has been fandabidozy.....stuff the slots...they will not take any more of my soul.....hope all you peeps are plodding on ...sleep tight....night night all xxx

Thankyou Alan...it's weird....and I know tonight I'm over the moon with my new grandson....but put the to oneside ....I'm almost enjoying my recovery...is that odd.....I love being so open...trying to answer people honestly....yes ...I've had s**t days....and I'm sure I will have plenty more on my journey.....still loads to do and sort....but...I feel I'm doing it with open arms ....if that makes sense lol....probabally being an over emotional nanny ! I'm busy with other grandson who is here for a day or so.....feeling good...not thought about slots untill I came on here....but as we know...only one step from disaster so the guards are always up....head feels very clear this last week....ok...so still lots to do and sort....but I'm enjoying these times and praying it continues....and hoping that today is a good one for all you lovely people in cyber land ....happy Friday...because we don't gamble : ) x
