I'm glad gto see you still here , honestly mate !! . I don't have all the answers but you just need to keep working through it all until you find a safe place , unfiotunately there's no map and it's more about stumbling accross it , Rome wasn't built in a day and had you been doing the footings I'm sure a month would have been a bit closer :)) but one day you'll build your life the way you want it to be , so just focus on what you have and the rest will come .

Yeah to be honest I'm quite Knackered with all the exitement of today , my little fingers are sore from typing but I really am humbled by all the good wishes , think I'll celebrate with a glass of Drambuie after work tonight :)) ,

It's funny but I had a manager from Laddy.brokes in tonight who's shop was one I'd self excluded from and as I'm serving him he came out with " So , your SE must be nearly up by now " ? and was I considering going back in ? Do you think their informed about self exclusions expiring ? just seemed too much of a coincidence really . I told him I wasn't going back to my old ways and that I new I couldn't control myself once I got started , thanks but no thanks .

I think I only SE'd for 12 months so maybe I need to phone the national helpine and look at a more permanent one , the casino one stays in force until I say I want to go back in and you'd still have to wait 48 hrs until entry ?.

My thoughts exactly Bud , I'll look into it at the weekend .
