Iv just got in from work and I'm shattered!!! Been keeping really busy so I haven't even thought about gambling today.... Soccer sat Tomoz though so another big test!!!

Day 14

2 weeks today and I'm still bet free, had a couple of rocky days the last couple of days with my emotions running high but iv stood firm with the small urges iv had... When I went to the pub Saturday to watch the match all the lads had put bets on, I felt left out and was urging there bets in to win, I can feel the urges starting to creep up a bit more often than in the first 10 days but they won't beat me.

Day 21

3 weeks today without a bet, and quite frankly I won't be in any danger of having one today, things have continued to change for me over the last couple of weeks, my counciling has opened my eyes upto my past and gave me an insight to how the destruction of my life started, now that I'm starting to understand that it's helping me to live a normal day to day life.... Although I'm not stupid and know that the urges will need to be fought some time or another.

Liverpool vs Chelsea tonight so I'm going to take the night off and enjoy the footy!!!

Hey Carl good to hear from you mate must admit I feared the worst when you not been on here for a few days and missing in 2015 challenge but delighted to hear your still going strong and well done on 22 days mate.

Well the game can't believe the Reds didn't make the final comfortably the better team over the 2 legs and Courtois man of match in both games tell the story.

Day 25

Soccer Saturday today, no urges which is great!!! Missed my appointment to go and see my councillor this week, will have to phone Monday and sort out... Just getting ready to go the match and enjoy my sat afternoon... I honestly think 25 days is the longest period I have sustained in 15 years of gambling!!! The money i have saved in just 1 month is unbelievable!!!
