Woke up to a bit of bad news regarding a friend (hope he will be ok!!)... Day 2 and I've been here b4 no real urges to gamble, just a strong desire work hard and mend what I have broken.... Ran out of sessions with my councillor now, so that tool has gone and there is more of a stronger emphasis on myself to maintain from gambling... Cleaning the flat b4 work as the missus will be coming down to stay tonight...

No real urge to gamble today! Chilled with the missus most of the day... Looking forward to the fa cup semi final Sunday.

Keep going keep ya chin up. I'm finally getting somewhere. I've been quite abit of exercise nothing over the top it clears my mind and keeps me focused. Its not for everyone but I do very much encourage it. Not only for your body and the positive side of getting healthy but its great for the mind.

Well done Carl keep going mate glad things have improved relationship wise too is it the same girl? Also looking forward to the match this aft let's hope West Ham can pull one out the bag before it too. Gerrard to lift trophy in his last game would be amazing just gutted he's never won the prem.

Hi Dave I've messed up again I've woke up again today and realized, I'm going to start again in the morning the only positive spin I can put on it this time is that I have not lost money and have ended up winning quite a bit.... Good luck Carl a good time to stop now then. Never give up trying mate hopefully when the footy season finishes in a couple of weeks it mite make things a bit easier.

I've only used determination, will power and this site it can be done if you really want it. The times I've tried to give up before I ended up here I don't think I wanted it nearly enough when I came here I was ready for it.
