So whats the alternative brother, continue to live in misery?
Keep trying
What can you add this time to try & stop.
Did you follow others suggestions or did you try doing it your way.
It may seem impossible, but its not.
It just needs your 100% commitment

SH don't worry everyone slips, I've done it countless times, write it off and start again. Fobts are my problem too, I love them but hate them at the same time.

Keep at it my freind. A small slip and all is not lost, you have recovered before and you can recover again. Make not gambling your #1 priority in life and everything else will fall into place. You have been 40 days clean which was fantastic, this time you will beat that ten times over.

All the best

Liam

Theres always a solution. Can you attend GA meetings. Allow someone to manage your money. Blocking software for all your devices. Self exclusion from sites & shops. Lots you can be proactive about right now. Make a start today

Believe in yourself Sho5!

The hole you find yourself in does appear dark with no glimmer of light, yet there is.

Be kind to yourself, start this 'day at a time', add some tools to your armoury. You can/ will beat this horrible devastating addiction.

Stay close to these diary, take on board what suits you and build up a rappor with others.

Just by finding this forum makes me believe in you and soon you will to.

Wishing you well
