its been 180 days since my last gamble 6 months im doing well, im going on holiday in this country this year.
its been 185 days since my last gamble im doing well from now on I just want to buy nice things and I want to buy a new car and have nice holidays.

its been 187 days since my last gamble my friend has offered to pay for a holiday abroad for me and her I just need my food spending money, I will go away in September.
I went for a job interview today for a carer job, I hope I get the job I find out if I get it Thursday or Friday.

Really well done on keeping up with your recovery - that's brilliant! Great news on the holiday too - something to really look forward to and the spending money would have been impossible to save if you were still gambling!

its been 189 days since my last gamble, I find out Thursday or Friday if ive got the caring job I was very nervous at my interview so im not convinced that I will get the job she had 2-3 other people to interview as well.
Its been 192 days since my last gamble im feeling good but I went for an interview for a carer and I didn't get the job I was upset and it could of led me to gamble but I didn't im still wanting to gamble but I have no job so I cant gamble really I don't have the money to gamble.

its been 194 days since my last gamble, thanks Suzanne, I was upset that I didn't get the job but never mind hopefully there will be other jobs. my friend has offered to pay for me to go on holiday with her so that will be good in September to spain.

Thanks wished its been 197days since ive stopped gambling im doing well I go to gamblers anonymous every Tuesday evening to help me stop gambling. its not been a very nice day today its been raining just stayed in today didn't do much tomorrow I might go to the gym.
its been 198 days since my last gamble I don't have a job which is getting me down and depressed, I cant drive my driving license has been taken away from me because I was mentally ill I went into a mental health home last February 2013. I could have been rich if I had not gambled I could of had over 80k in the bank.

its been 203 days since my last gamble, nearly 7 months since I last gambled, every day I torture myself over how much money ive lost I cant seem to forget about it and let it go. I need to find a job im not working at the moment and im getting really bored at home.
its been 205 days since I last gambled I still go to slimming world and I lost a pound last week I hope to loose 2 stone and I will feel much better about myself.
