its been 207 days since my last gamble I still get the urge to gamble but I know I can because I cant afford to loose any more money and I cant see my parents sad because of gambling. I don't understand why I gambled so much all I know is I don't want to gamble anymore. I went to a charity doo today and I just spent 2.15 and had a nice day out chatting. I can here the thunder outside its on its way no rain yet though. my friend is going to call me later if she wants to take her dog for a walk later.

thanks Suzanne, its 208 days since my lst gamble to nearly 7 months free from gambling. I just went out with my friend tonight walking her dog its very humid out there we need some rain to clear the air.
its 210 days since my last gamble im doing well ive not gambled in 7 months and my holiday has all be booked to lanzarote for a week its very exciting. just need to buy a few summer dresses.

its 219 days since my last gamble, im getting bored at home I want to get back to work only gambling has made me ill so I cant go to work I need to drive in order to work and my license has been taken away from me.
its 226 days since my last gamble, I really am not interested in gambling anymore I do get the urges but I now understand that I cannot win I just wish that I had found that out sooner instead of losing all my money I still have some savings but not as much as I would have had if I had not gambled. for my last gamble I lost 440 could of paid for a holiday. I want to gamble but I don't have the money to gamble with I just wish I could win on the lottery and win 80,000 back what I lost.

its0 been 230 days since my last gamble, im still not working claiming employment and support allowance just get 144 every two weeks, im going to lanzarote on 7th September for a week my friend is paying 250 for the holiday as a treat and im paying the 160 more I also taking a 100 holiday money away with me.

its been 239 days since my last gamble im going away to lanzarote in just over 2 weeks nice and warm holiday weather
