At work bored again I need a new job I have far too much time doing nothing waiting around my mind is working overtime. Doctor told me I have mild depression which makes sense as I'm constantly up and down. I'm lying down on the bed in the back of my truck this is where I spend most of my life, whilst back at home my partner is watching my son play football.

This gets me down I just want to spend more time with them I'm missing out on so much. Sorry for being miserable but this is the way I feel.

Hi guys I don't post much but read all the time, I don't have much to say really still not had a bet, still up and down little closer to moving in and going on holiday so that's good i suppose I'm still very stressed but the doctor said the tablets make you worse before they make you better so fingers crossed on that one.

Once back from holiday I will be receiving my 90 day pen from ga which I'm looking forward to, not all bad and the only way is up so bye for now

Morning all, il posted on the 5th of march saying IOC we get in our new house and on holiday it would be a miracle, guess what we move in on Tuesday with everything paid and we go on holiday on the Saturday after which we have all our spending money for.

I have bust my balls in the last 11 weeks and jots all paid off, a massive weight has been lifted and instantly feel less stressed this just proves that with hard work and no gambling good things happen.

Hope you are all well.

Hi guys I posted a while back saying that if i get I the house and on holiday it would be a miracle. I am now in the house and we all had a great time on holiday.

I start a new job in a few weeks which should give me more time with my family but we will see how that goes, fingers crossed.

I received my pen from Ga last week for 90 days I

I'm just over 100 now i think still have lots of outgoings but we are getting by and I know that if il don't gamble things will improve.

Anyway il probably post again in a few weeks let you know how I'm doing.

Best wishes to you all.

Hi guys just checking in still not gbled but v still don't feel any better I've still got no social life and I still work every hour. I am still very empty like something big is missing in my life yet I don't know what it is.

I am more or less out of the last whole I dug for me and my family(who have been great)but I just feel so sad and bored nothing I do seems to make me happy.

Oh yeah and I've been thinking about gambling an awful lot lately which is not ideal.

God knows!

Sorry to hear that, i am exactly the same currently. I am amazed and furious with myself that i did forget what the disease does. If it helps in anyway to know you are not the only one on this horrible path, others out there know exactly how it feels. Stay strong.

I'm the same long periods away and then somehow right back at square one, feels like a deposit for a mortgage is decades away from me but I'm not in debt so that's a start at least, but im currently broken.

Thanks for the posts guys they all mean so much to me.

I am 1 week today but I'm still feeling very low and very tired and so is my partner as she tries to hold everything together for the kids sake. Its very hard for me to feel positive. And I have got no motivation what so ever , I went to the doctors the other day and he gave me some tablets as I am now very depressed these will take a few weeks to get into my system so here's to feeling like this for a little while longer.ste26

One week without wasting a penny or a second on this horrible addiction.

I feel a little better this evening as the mortgage people were lovely and said I could just catch up by the end of the month and it will be fine
