Dam girl I got productive for a bit and yeah cleaned out the litter box, took out the trash, did up that sink full of dishes but yeah then came laundry. LOL fricken hey bent over sorting out the colors and fricken back went out. LOL LOL LOL sh-it seems to happen a lot lately when hunched over and just all at once turns into wet noodle and caves. Yup downed like 4 advil and think they were blanks. LOL gonna down a few more here shortly and try to nap out. Hate fricken Mondays and worse yet having to go to work with it out of wack. Gotta a pretty physical job and a sore back is never a good thing. LOL
Guess one good thing about a sore back and pay day is,.I might just be in traction by Friday. LOL LOL LOL
And yeah just kinda feels like this. LOL

Boy crappy day,back still a aching and tooth to match. LOL yeah been having problem with it for awhile and was trying to put off going to the dentist till closer to when the insurance start over again for the year. Not a fan of the dentist so usually only go when something starts hurting. LOL yeah that means having a mouth full of other things that need a fixing too. Got a appointment for Monday and yeah think I tossed my dental card cause no where to be found. Called down to insurance at work and she said she would call and get me a new one sent which will take about a week. Yeah pushing it for Monday and said she email at work the group number and stuff just in case it don't get here by Monday. Hell now to figure out how to get at my personal email at work cause yeah haven't looked at it for years. LOL LOL LOL oh well. Dam and go figure. Just finished paying off the survey for the cancer on my nose last check and starting up a fresh bill for the next I guess.
Think someone finally moving into the other side of the duplex finally. Heard some noise over there this afternoon and again right now but haven't seen or ran into them yet. Haven't moved in any furniture yet and I'm sure I'll be meeting em soon enough.
So yeah guess It's that kinda day and just plain old tired. Only got in like 4 hours sleep so gonna be a long night at work.

Lol hell my kids be long gone. One doing time in mendota mental health for attempted murder. Was found guilty but not guilty due to mental health issues. The boy has been sitting since he was 15 and 19 now. My girl is in treatment foster care cause ain't nobody gonna tell her she can't do every drug out there and do as she pleases. She likes to meet boys/ men online. Some fine characters too who leave her stranded on the road side and yeah, was hell bound to take the high way to hell cause It's just plain old fun. LOL LOL LOL yeah she's 16 and will more than likely be there till she's 18. She's under 24 hour watch and goes no where with out being accompanied. Yeah she's been gone since she was 14 and started her partying life style about 12.

With regard to your post to me, everyone gets basic free health care here but just very basic and doesn't necessarily cover prescriptions, dental, etc. But everyone can also buy govt insurance at a reasonable rate that helps with that stuff. In my case, I have it even better because of my benefits through work. It doesn't cover absoloutely everything but it's pretty good.
