Hi all, 

I am nearly 5 months down the line in my recovery from gambling. I have started to write about all of my experiences and hope to share useful information with other people in the community who are in a similar position.  

If anyone is interested in hearing more, I will be sharing onto substack under My Gambling Journey. I would love to collaborate with people and raise more awareness about this addiction.
