Hi thanks, have to admit I've felt tempted today but managed to grit my teeth and stay strong. I wish it was easier I to stay away from gambling! It seems like it's everywhere these days.

Just think you are saving money by not gambling because you are not losing money so therefore you are winning we never win in the end if we gamble because we cannot win because we cannot stop

It's a strange thing the human mind! I don't understand why this time I have been able just not gamble at all and I haven't struggled really, when a month ago I couldn't walk past a fruit machine without playing it now I don't even think about it, I wish I could understand how my own brain works sometimes!!!!
