Another day free of this horrible addiction. I am going to consentrate on my work and keep myself busy. It will be pay day soon danger zone for me. If people could support me through this site and right on my diary it helps wishing you all the best

Well got through another day free from gambling feeling OK today, my consatration has got a bit better. I'm trying to focus better on my work and sort out my huge depts it will take some time to sort it all out. I'm just glad to get through the day. Got a day off tomorrow going to sort my flat out and go for a walk hopefully. I will keep writing here as it's helping me and giving me hope to continue to stop this awful illness and get free from it all.
