Staying strong, staying focused

One week done =)

I am pleased i've made it to this point and know that i can keep going 🙂

9 days today, am pleased i have got this far! Yesterday I dont even think I thought of gambling. Just gotta maintain this attitude 🙂

10 days yay, back into double figures. hasnt been easy but i have kept very busy so its made it slightly easier.

Have the next 12 days off work though, so not sure i like that idea!! i'd prefer to be busy but will just have to occupy myself 🙂

All my determination and motivation to overcome this is being tested to its limits today,

all the things that make me sad and make me hurt and make me want to gamble to get "away" from them are getting in my way of getting through the day peacefully and now I am sat all anxious BUT no gambling, so I am still winning at today!

Its hard, but im so proud of how I am doing! Just have to keep going as i am 🙂

I had the hardest time last night, really bad urges and i almost gave in but i woke up this morning and i am still going strong =)

Thank you =) im at work all weekend so i know i can make it through the weekend =)

So proud of myself for getting through yesterday i was so close to giving in and i would have felt rubbish this morning if i had!

25 days today, it hasnt been easy but I am proud of myself!

28 days today... 4 weeks... and payday =(.... Last time i gambled was my last pay day so comeone Makeachange you just have to get through the day!
