34 days and still (sort of) strong! having a few weeks moments but won't give in! I didnt gamble at all last month and that makes me happy 🙂 time to make october the next gamble free month! bring it on 🙂

5 weeks now 🙂 pretty pleased with how i am going! im focusing all my efforts on working and seeing friends! 🙂

Made it through a really difficult tearful night. =( I know that through all the pain if i can get out the otherside it will do me the world of good in the long run, its just hard to remember that
