Nice feeling to reach the 90 day target.
Wouldn't have got here without the love and support of my partner, she has been incredible.
Thanks also to members of this forum and to the GA fellowship
Have a nice weekend
Day 91
Well that's 13 weeks into moving further away from this illness we call compulsive gambling.
No thoughts of gambling,
i've listened to advice and don't carry cash or cards. If i do, i get a receipt.
This keeps my mind clear.
I'm well aware of complacency so i'll continue with this diary and will attend my GA meetings.
i never ever want to gamble again. i can't afford to-i'll lose my family.
Hope everyone is having a nice weekend
