Getting through a busy week with the usual trails and tribulations life throws at us.

One thing though, it would be a whole lot worse with gambling in the mix.

Will try and get to GA tonight.

Nice day out yesterday but the East coast wind soon whipped up!

Busy week ahead.

Sorry to read that Dunc is going to be less involved in this forum.

I owe him a great deal but i can understand his position.

Attended GA last night. 3 members reported gambling.

very sobering.

Tomorrow is 19 months gamble free for me.

When i started my diary i received tremendous support from Dunc, Ade and NT.

Dunc is posting less often and Ade and NT have left the forum. Hopefully they are well.

I'm fine, 19 months down the line I'm mentally stronger and have nothing to hide. Keeping it simple,we'll as simple as you can with everyday family life!!!

Attended a very busy GA meeting last night. the 3 members who reported gambling last week are faced with difficult decisions. It really is a wake up call to see and hear their suffering. i wish them well.

Sure,enjoy your recovery but don't get carried away.

I'm 19 months down the line but still having to deal with many issues brought about by my gambling binge.

I'm fine otherwise..

Going through a tough time at the moment. Money's tight so massive guilt. Low self esteem which isn't good. I'll put on a brave face and take it on the chin.
