Not been on this site in quite a while.
In just over a month’s time,I’ll be 6 years free from gambling. Life goes on. Been catching up with some diaries and it’s good to hear most people are making the correct choices. Stay strong, Gazza

Many thanks for your posts. It can be done, it’s not easy. Many lows although the benefits far outweigh them. I don’t miss gambling which is strange as it was part of my life for 30 odd years, although not always compulsive as it became latterly. Stay strong , Gazza
Hi there. Just spending some time reading through some diaries. One or two names that I recognise. Next month sees me hit 7 years of being gamble free. It’s hard but it can be done. A lot of the problems caused by my gambling are still there but I’m dealing with them in a positive manner. Show your commitment to giving up gambling to your loved ones, you’ll need their support , trust me on this. Try to make amends every day. Best wishes to everyone out there. Stay strong. Gazza.

We have been here for around about the same time and I am delighted to read that you are enjoying rediscovery, yes it is hard at times, but without doubt it would be a great deal harder if active addiction was still present.
Keep making amends and never forget what addiction would bring.
Most of all be very proud of your achievements.
