Tomorrow is going to be day 1 of no gambling!

£910 lost today on roulette even after winning £468 twice on a single number

I've stopped before with professional help now I need to help myself

No gambling today! 1st day for a long time!

Maybe helped by the fact I was at work?

Good thanks change, lots of thoughts but no gambling helped by the fact that when at work it becomes harder to do anyway

Day 4 nearly completed and I've had opportunities to gamble today but didn't take them

Very pleased!

Thank you scottyboy, it only takes a few minutes to undo all the hard work but at least we know it's possible to quit for a length of time

Good luck to you
