I realised on day 5 why I relapsed so much went back to it after 2-3 weeks because I was not ready when u have finally had enough off gambling day 5 and I walked past with £100 in my pocket not even a little urge because I don't want to anymore when you are ready u will. No and u will stop I'm getting everything back now respect friendships I can honestly say I will never go back good luck for everyone that wants to stop gambling I've spent over £25,000 on FOBTS and I've had enough some will lose less befor they stop some will lose more just remember when ur ready you will change and it's 1000% easier than when a love one wants u to stop it has to be (u) !!!!! Fella never a truer word written, the compulsion to gamble is something that builds a false hope in my mind, we to a man go at it over and over because we are led to believe it will be different next time.
