I have not been coming here for many days now.

Why?? . Because I have been busy gambling away the little money I had.  It'd sad that , I know that this bad and I can't stop. , This gambling has ruined my life,  it has stolen my joy. I used to be a happy person , full of life, but now all I think about is gambling.

How I wish I can turn back the hands of time

How can I stop gambling?  Am tired of this disease

I can't get any gambling blockers where I stay. Most of them only block sites in UK.

Some site has refused to block my account and they have no option of self exclusion.

Just don't use your account for one year ,then will close your account.  They tell me. As if its easy .

I will have to use all my will power to stop gambling.  There  no GA near me even.

Am not trying to find excuses,  it's just that I wish I had such services.

Am sorry for writing all this.

I just needed to get this off my chest.

DAY 0NE HERE I COME.

I just feel light now.

Thank you

Dear (@nyaba

Thank you for sharing your story in forum. It sound like you are having a tough time and I would encourage you give the helpline a call on 0808 8020 133 or via our live chat to discuss your options.

In relation to blocks, you can self exclude with Gamstop and also install a blocking software with Gamban. Please make contact and we can forward you the link.

We look forward to hear from you

Best wishes

If you gamble 1 day out of every 46, you are doing very, very well!! I don’t know your previous habits, but you are averaging 5 to 6 days a year betting.

Now, you might be looking to go completely without gambling, fair play but don’t forget.

12 days every 24 months.
18 days every 36 months.

it will get less if you want it to. If you put in the correct blocks. Simple ones.

Good luck
