Thanks for sharing your progress on your journey to recovery, and a big “Well Done” to you for abstaining for 100 days!!

Yes, you’ve come a long way, and despite the struggles, you persevered with it, and you can now see the progress for yourself.

I read your earlier post titled: “Day 99 today”, and I thought it was brilliant, and I wanted to encourage you to go even further.

I hope that by the time I finished writing this message to you, you would have clocked a few more days on top of your 100 day mark. Your struggles and progress demonstrate a good example and encouragement to others to follow.

This example shows you can achieve if you don’t give up in the face of challenges when in recovery, but, taking it one step at a time, and whilst following the advice given on strategies, you can control and eventually overcome your gambling problem.

Also, like you said earlier, “it’s the best way to be.”

I wish you many more gamble free days, and also for you to achieve your aim of becoming a gamble free person,
