Hello,

I'm 21 months gamble free 🙂 but i have worked really hard to get to this stage and i was committed to combatting my addiction.

What I can say it does get easier I'm still taking it a day at a time this is something I will have to live with for the rest of my life I'm an all or nothing kind of person so if i was to relapse I'd be back in completely. The goal I've set is huge but the way to achieve it is by breaking it down into little goals so everyday not gambling is a goal achieved.

I've started a blog which I hoping to share what has helped me get to where i am today and spread hope. I've just launched it this week give it a visit
