Hi,

The situation:

Well known betting exchange. Asked for account to be shut down by e-mail (not for the reason of problem gambling but rather poor service, but losses are obviously from that, and subsequent warning e-mails show their algorithms picking up on that). Lost lots of money consistently for years since. Wondering if there's any way to get any of it back? As it's a betting exchange a significant sum of my losses are payments in commission to the provider both directly and indicatively from winning and losing bets respectively.

Thanks for your help!

Ps. I have come clean, sought help, have banned myself from everything, it would just be nice to retrieve money from this dirty industry to put towards something beneficial for my family in the future.

Dear the_too_fairy

Thank you for joining the GamCare forum. This isn't really the place to ask for information on getting money back. However if you'd like support with your ongoing recovery then do please stick around and keep posting.

Best wishes
