What's the point if it doesn't always work, and the online casinos who supposedly endorse couldn't care less ?? moment off weakness last night ruined a great run of no online betting, months and months coming to an end. I stupidly signed up to a website I A, had previously self excluded from, and B, clearly promotes and uses Gamstop, despite that regsistered no probem and lost money, all my details are right up to date. Just completely fed up now, I can't do cure, so I do prevention, in my head now I know if I have another wobble I'll probably be able to find more sites that allow me to join depsite Gamstop. Sorry, just a bit of a vent in the only place I can.
As you say, not a cure but maybe worth a look @ Monzo where you can set your account up to block gambling transactions...Not my poison so can’t say how well it works.
For the record, I don’t happen to think there is a cure but compulsive gambling can be arrested if you’re willing to do the work & accept the help that is out there - ODAAT
