There was an online gambling company recently sued for allowing problem gamblers to contine gambling, I excluded from this casino but it was so easy to set up a new account using the same bank details, address but just a new email, I emailed them when I heard of this record fine and today I got an email saying they will refund me the £550 I managed to deposit while being self excluded. If any one else done this get emailing them you could be due a slice of the money set aside.
just then post on here and tell us what you have honestly used any refund for.... hopefully repay a debt or purchase something.... just please, if you get a refund, don't view it as 'free money' it isn't it's a refund, your money, please choose to not gamble it
Completely agree with compulsive gambler. I did the exact same thing and was able to create a new account with an online casino. I didn't gamble a great deal with them as I again self excluded but recently I was emailed regarding a refund with said casino which I then deleted the email and blocked the sender. The reason being is I want all of that past me. I don't want to be tempted with this money which would feel free. That part of my life is past me now.
