I've noticed that the afternoon General Chat sessions have not always been running of late. For example, today's 1-2pm. Realising and appreciating we're living in different times due to COVID, so probably affecting your availability, it would nevertheless be nice to for you to let us know you can't make some sessions, in case people are trying to get through, failing, and thinking "it's them".

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Today’s chat was slightly delayed in opening and I am sorry if this meant you weren’t able to access it. Please don’t let this put you off as our chat rooms do continue to run at 1pm and 8pm each day. We always endeavour to announce on the forum if this will change as we understand how important the social experience can be.
