Hi Gamcare. Appreciating that we all have bad days, our Chat Moderator on tonight's Group Chat wasn't very helpful tonight (9th April). No welcomes to those joining, and just a curt "5 minutes to go" message near the end of the chat. No farewell. It was a little unprofessional.Â

Hi John, and thank you. I hasten to add that the Gamcare CMs are usually excellent. This was a rare aberration.Â
Just to close this off, I received a very polite reply and explanation from Gamcare. It transpires that a new chat application was bedding in and, getting used to it, the CM wasn't able to exercise the usual attention as would normally be the case. These things happen, of course; we've all had IT related outages and so can resonate. Thank you Gamcare for answering and closing this.
