I decided to join peer aid chatroom for a change on a wednesday morning.
And i just want to say it was very helpful. The peer aid shared their, experience, advice and had a great understanding through lived experience

It was nice to join you Stephen (Aum) and Chatmod Steve earlier today in the Peeraid chatroom. A relaxed atmosphere and an opportunity to really talk things through. All laced with a bit of good humour! I think we need to enjoy and embrace the positives as, one day at a time, we continue our recovery. (Difficult as it is for us to give ourselves a break sometimes.)
