I am currently 9 days gamble free. It feels great, a huge weight has been lifted. Coming clean was the hardest thing I've ever had to do
I came clean to my partner who has been very supportive and is helping me with my finances, I feel very ashamed and embarrassed after lying about this, it has a out a huge strain on our relationship but I am very thankful she has stuck by me to help me work on my illness and get my life back on track. We have done a financial plan and it amazes me that I will actually have money and savings to live my life with. My debt should be cleared fairly quickly.
I really hope I can rebuild her trust and repay her in the way she has supported me.

To have a supportive partner during your addiction is huge. But please don't discount how proud you are making them by beating this abhorrent addiction. So happy the debt will be cleared
