Massively slipped back into a terrible gambling routine. I can't seem to get myself out of it. I feel dreadful about it. Why can't I just stop doing it
It's hard I know and even harder to get out of it when you're locked in the gambling buzz and bust. I have been thinking of how easy it is to just slip back into but a healthy reminder helps and sharing on this forum helps get away from the habbits too.
Physical GA meetings would also be a eye opener if you get the chance to go to one that's close by you might even regularly go and meet people with similar storiesÂ
