Today I registered with GAMSTOP & if I had known about it earlier I would have done it sooner. Take the decision away from me, I can’t be trusted.
I am basically an a******e with gambling. I have spent thousands over the last few months & been wracked with guilt, always chasing my losses & getting into even more of a mess. My family have suffered. I hate myself so much because of it.
I don’t know how I got into this addictive spiral, but I have so much making up to do. I have a huge mountain to climb. It’s pretty lonely, and I deserve it. If anyone has any pearls of wisdom, please share xxx

You have done the right thing by signing up to Gamstop and realising that you have a gambling problem.
Try and find a new hobby or something to fill in your time when you think about gambling. I started running, joined the gym, played a retro computer game from my childhood youth which helped me. Just the simple things in life also, spending quality time with friends and family.
Good luck on your journey.
Just try and take your mind of it and exercise or anything to avoid this illness
