Hi everyone.

Good luck with your recovery

I been hooked on gambling for over 10years now. Iv also gone towards taking drugs and feeling depressed. The combination of these factors make me suicidal on a daily basis. I'm not sure how much longer I will be here. If you are reading this before it's to late, don't be afraid to ask for help. This feeling sucks.

Honesty is always the best policy with issues like this but please seek advice and help from someone professional in regards to these thoughts as the addiction isn’t worth giving it all up for.

I have given up on gambling again,14 days and counting, and have vowed never ever to go back again. Take each day as it comes and keep your head up and remember all the positive things you have in your life. This will get you through the dark days

hope you get this sorted

I'm the same as Peter, relapsed many times only on day 11 only but feel so much better

It's hard but my well being is worth so much more

Take each day, it will get better and easier, we are all in this together and are here to chat when we're struggling

Lifes for living, don't let gambling be the end of it

We are all stronger than what we think, the mind does play tricks, but it can be retrained to have a healthy happier life

Good luck x
